You want to heal? Where would you like to begin?

Asking yourself these questions is just the beginning. These questions will tell you (and me) who is responsible for the work that needs to be done (even if others are responsible for the wounds) and what you'd like to work on, how you'd like to feel differently, what you'd like out of your relationships, and what your inner compass might need some support around.

"You want to heal? Where would you like to begin?"

Therapy is not for the weak or fainthearted, but for the fiery souls that want more, know that there is more to life than this, and for those that are able to take the risk of opening up to someone who can witness, be with, and make the trek with them.

You come in (or you and your partner, or you and your relative), you have what you want to work on, and I support the path, the process, the healing, and changing. Therapy is brave, unedited, and profoundly heart, mind, body, and spirit centered.

Your whole self will be telling us what it needs, where it is stuck, and what is entailed in order to move forward. The heart, mind, body and spirit needs time, space, and support to heal. Then you will begin to feel yourself entire self working together in synchronicity.

A few notes about the healing process to note:

•Typically, the earlier the wounding, the more chronic the harm, or the more cumulative the stress, the longer the healing process.

•The nervous system needs time and space to unwind.

•You determine the pace (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

•You determine how much work you do outside of session

•The process with me is holistic in a sense, I look at the whole picture and treat from that perspective as well.

And this, my dear friends, is the work of deep, goal oriented, integrative, whole-person therapy.

Heart

Healthy processing of emotions

Mind

Body

Spirit

It is my honor and great privilege to trek with you.

with warmth,

Natalie
